LEGAL INFORMATION

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to Rovia, your account, and the purchase and use of travel eSIM services available through roviaesim.com.

Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rovia, including roviaesim.com, your Rovia account, eSIM plans, order management features, customer support, and related services.

By creating an account, placing an order, purchasing an eSIM, or otherwise using Rovia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and the conditions displayed for the eSIM plan you purchase.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use Rovia services.

About Rovia

Rovia provides access to prepaid travel eSIM data plans for supported destinations, countries, and regions.

Rovia operates from Armenia and provides its services through roviaesim.com.

Rovia may rely on telecommunications, connectivity, payment, hosting, infrastructure, and other service providers to deliver parts of the service.

Rovia is not the owner or operator of the mobile networks through which an eSIM obtains connectivity. Mobile connectivity is ultimately provided through participating telecommunications networks and connectivity partners.

Definitions

"Account" means the customer account used to access Rovia and manage eligible orders and eSIM purchases.

"eSIM" means a digital SIM profile that can be installed on a compatible device.

"Data Plan" means a prepaid mobile data package displayed on Rovia, including its destination or coverage area, data allowance, validity period, price, and applicable conditions.

"Order" means a purchase request created through Rovia.

"Plan Details" means the information displayed for a specific Data Plan at the time of purchase, including coverage, data allowance, duration, activation information, pricing, and other applicable conditions.

"Services" means the Rovia website, account functionality, eSIM marketplace, order management, customer support, and related functionality.

"User" or "you" means a person accessing, purchasing, or using Rovia or a Rovia eSIM service.

Eligibility and account use

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a purchase and use the Services.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating or using your account and for keeping your account access secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless the activity results from a security failure attributable to Rovia.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact support@roviaesim.com as soon as possible.

You may not create or use accounts for fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer's account or order information.

Device compatibility

Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM functionality and is carrier-unlocked.

Compatibility may depend on the exact device model, regional variant, operating system, carrier configuration, and country in which the device was sold.

A device appearing on a general compatibility list does not guarantee that every regional or carrier-specific version of that device supports eSIM.

Where possible, verify that your device settings provide an option to add an eSIM or that the device has an EID before purchasing.

Rovia is not responsible for incompatibility caused by an unsupported device, carrier lock, unsupported regional variant, outdated software, or device configuration where the purchased service itself was correctly provided.

eSIM plans and product information

Each Data Plan is subject to the Plan Details displayed before purchase.

Plan Details may include the supported destination or region, available data, validity period, activation rules, network availability, fair-use conditions, and other service-specific information.

You should review the Plan Details carefully before completing a purchase.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Plan Details, Rovia eSIM products should be treated as mobile-data services only. Voice calls, traditional SMS, or a telephone number should not be assumed to be included.

Plan availability, prices, supported destinations, and conditions may change for future purchases. A change to a future offer does not by itself change the Plan Details applicable to an order already completed.

Purchase and delivery

Rovia eSIM services are generally provided on a prepaid basis.

An order is not considered successfully paid until payment confirmation has been received through the applicable checkout process.

After successful payment and successful provisioning, Rovia makes the relevant eSIM installation or activation information available to the customer through the supported order flow.

Provisioning may occasionally require additional processing time due to payment verification, connectivity-provider processing, security checks, maintenance, or technical conditions.

Do not purchase the same plan repeatedly simply because provisioning is taking longer than expected. If an order remains pending unexpectedly, contact Rovia Support.

eSIM installation and activation

You are responsible for following the installation instructions provided by Rovia and your device manufacturer.

A reliable internet connection may be required to download and install an eSIM profile.

Activation rules differ between plans. Depending on the applicable Plan Details, validity may begin after installation, after the first supported network connection, after purchase, or following another specified activation event.

You should check the activation policy for the selected plan before installing the eSIM.

Many eSIM profiles are intended for a single installation. Do not delete an installed eSIM unless the applicable instructions or Rovia Support advise you to do so.

Deleting an eSIM from a device may make it impossible to reinstall the same profile.

Coverage and network availability

Coverage information indicates where a Data Plan is intended to operate but does not guarantee service at every location within a listed country or region.

Actual service availability and performance may depend on local network coverage, signal strength, network congestion, device support, radio bands, local operator availability, roaming arrangements, geography, maintenance, and other factors outside Rovia's reasonable control.

Rovia does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, a specific network operator, a particular connection speed, 5G availability, latency, or continuous service at every location.

Temporary network interruptions or changes by local telecommunications operators may occur.

Data usage and plan validity

Data allowance and validity are determined by the Plan Details applicable to your purchase.

Unused data normally expires when the applicable validity period ends unless the Plan Details expressly state otherwise.

Once available data has been consumed, connectivity may stop or may continue at a reduced speed depending on the applicable Plan Details.

For plans described as unlimited, high-speed data may still be subject to a fair-use policy, daily allowance, speed reduction, traffic-management rule, or other limitation disclosed in the Plan Details.

The amount of data measured by the relevant mobile network or connectivity system will generally determine usage for the purpose of the Data Plan.

Data roaming and device settings

Some travel eSIM plans require Data Roaming to be enabled on the travel eSIM line.

You are responsible for selecting the correct SIM or eSIM for mobile data and configuring your device appropriately.

If you want to avoid roaming fees from your primary mobile carrier, you should review and manage the roaming and mobile-data settings of your primary SIM separately.

Rovia is not responsible for charges imposed by your primary mobile operator because of settings on your device or usage of your primary SIM.

Payments

Payments for Rovia purchases are processed through Whop and its payment infrastructure.

The price and currency applicable to an order are displayed during the purchase process before payment is completed.

Available payment methods may depend on your location, currency, device, payment provider, and the applicable checkout options.

Rovia does not store your complete payment-card number or card security code in its own database.

A payment may be declined or delayed by the payment provider, card issuer, bank, security controls, insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, transaction limits, or other circumstances outside Rovia's reasonable control.

Currency, taxes, and additional charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply foreign-exchange conversions, cross-border charges, or other fees. These charges are determined by the relevant financial institution and are not controlled by Rovia.

Taxes or other mandatory charges may be applied where required by applicable law or by the payment process.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Rovia Refund Policy in effect at the time of the relevant purchase, together with any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

Because an eSIM is a digital product that may be provisioned, installed, activated, or consumed shortly after purchase, refund eligibility may depend on whether the eSIM has already been delivered, installed, activated, used, or otherwise consumed.

If you experience a technical problem, contact support@roviaesim.com and provide the relevant order information and troubleshooting details.

Nothing in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a payment is incorrect or you have a problem with a purchase, please contact Rovia Support first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Fraudulent, abusive, or knowingly false payment disputes or chargebacks may result in restriction or suspension of the associated account and may be challenged using relevant order, payment, provisioning, and service records.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful rights to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legally disputable transaction.

Acceptable use

You must use Rovia and the purchased Services lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Do not use Rovia for fraud, deception, or unlawful activity
  • Do not attempt to access another customer's account, orders, or eSIM information
  • Do not interfere with or attempt to bypass security controls, rate limits, or authentication
  • Do not use automated systems to overload, scrape, attack, or disrupt Rovia without authorization
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with Rovia systems
  • Do not resell a purchased service unless Rovia has expressly authorized such activity
  • Do not use the Services in violation of applicable telecommunications or other laws

Suspension and termination

Rovia may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account or Service where reasonably necessary to protect customers or the platform, prevent fraud, investigate unauthorized activity, comply with legal obligations, enforce these Terms, or respond to a material breach.

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, Rovia will attempt to resolve account or order issues before permanently restricting access.

Suspension caused by a customer's material breach, fraud, or misuse does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Any mandatory rights available to the customer under applicable law remain unaffected.

Third-party networks and service providers

Parts of Rovia's Services depend on third-party telecommunications networks, connectivity providers, payment providers, hosting providers, and other technical service providers.

Rovia does not control every aspect of these third-party systems.

Changes, outages, restrictions, maintenance, regulatory requirements, or technical failures affecting third-party services may temporarily affect Rovia or an eSIM service.

Rovia may change an underlying service provider where reasonably necessary to maintain, improve, or continue providing the Service.

Service changes and availability

Rovia may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, destinations, plans, or other Services from time to time.

Changes to catalogue offerings generally apply to future purchases and do not retroactively alter the essential terms of an already completed purchase unless required by law, required for security, or necessary because the underlying service can no longer be provided.

Rovia may perform maintenance or emergency changes where necessary for security, reliability, regulatory compliance, or service operation.

No emergency communications

Rovia travel eSIM Data Plans should not be relied upon as your sole means of communication in an emergency.

Unless a Plan expressly states otherwise, Rovia Data Plans provide mobile data rather than traditional telephone or SMS service and should not be assumed to support emergency telephone numbers.

You should maintain access to an appropriate local emergency communication method when travelling.

Intellectual property

Rovia's website, branding, logos, design, software, text, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your use or purchase of Rovia Services does not transfer ownership of Rovia intellectual property to you.

You may use Rovia only for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, sell, exploit, or use protected Rovia materials commercially without permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

Disclaimer of warranties

Rovia will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services as described, but mobile connectivity inherently depends on third-party networks and technical conditions that can vary by location.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rovia does not guarantee that the website, eSIM service, network coverage, or connectivity will always be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available, or compatible with every device or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rovia will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or are caused by circumstances outside Rovia's reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rovia's aggregate liability relating to a particular purchased Service will not exceed the amount paid to Rovia for the affected order.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Force majeure

Rovia will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include telecommunications or internet outages, failure of upstream networks, power failures, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory restrictions, cyberattacks, widespread infrastructure failures, or other events that Rovia could not reasonably prevent.

Where possible, Rovia will take reasonable steps to restore affected Services.

Privacy

Rovia processes personal information in accordance with the Rovia Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we process, why we process it, how information may be shared, how long information may be retained, and the rights that may be available to you.

Changes to these Terms

Rovia may update these Terms when the Services, business operations, legal requirements, security requirements, or other relevant circumstances change.

The updated version will show a revised effective date.

Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated where required by applicable law.

The Terms in effect when a purchase is completed will generally govern that purchase unless a later change must apply because of mandatory law, security requirements, or another legally necessary reason.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, you should first contact Rovia at support@roviaesim.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the courts or other competent authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Language

These Terms may be made available in more than one language for convenience.

Where permitted by applicable law, if there is a material inconsistency between translations, the English version will be used to interpret these Terms.
