LEGAL INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rovia collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our website, create an account, purchase an eSIM, manage an order, or contact us for support.

Personal information we collect and how we collect it

Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be associated with you. The information we collect depends on how you use Rovia.

We may receive information directly from you when you create or use an account, purchase an eSIM, complete checkout, contact customer support, request a refund, submit information through our website, or communicate with us by email.

When you use Rovia, certain technical information may also be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages or features accessed, request date and time, request identifiers, and security or diagnostic information.

We may also receive information from third parties where necessary to provide our services, process payments, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Account information

When you create or use a Rovia account, we may process information such as your email address, user or account identifier, account status, session information, account creation date, and information necessary to authenticate and secure your account.

We use this information to identify you, maintain your account, protect access to your purchases, and associate orders with the correct customer.

Order information

When you select or purchase an eSIM, we may process information including your Rovia order number, selected destination or region, package information, data allowance, validity period, selected duration, purchase price, currency, order status, payment status, refund status, and order timestamps.

We use this information to create, fulfil, display, support, and manage your order.

eSIM information

To provide your purchased eSIM, we may process technical information necessary to provision, deliver, activate, and manage the service.

This may include eSIM identifiers, activation information, provisioning status, installation details, service status, package usage or availability information, and other technical information necessary to provide connectivity or customer support.

Certain eSIM information may remain available through your account so that you can access your purchase and installation details.

You should treat eSIM QR codes, activation codes, and similar credentials as confidential information.

Payment information

Payments for Rovia purchases are processed using Whop and its payment infrastructure.

When you make a payment, payment-card information is submitted through Whop or its payment partners. Rovia does not need to store your complete payment-card number or card security code in its own systems.

We may receive payment-related information necessary to manage your purchase, including a transaction identifier, payment status, payment amount, currency, purchase date, refund status, dispute status, chargeback status, and limited customer information associated with the transaction.

Whop may process additional payment and billing information according to its own privacy policy and terms. We recommend reviewing Whop's privacy information when using its checkout services.

Support and communications information

If you contact Rovia, we may process your email address, order number, device information you provide, your message, screenshots, attachments, previous correspondence, and other information necessary to investigate and resolve your request.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card information, authentication tokens, or complete eSIM activation credentials unless an authorized support process specifically requires relevant information.

Cookies and similar technologies

Rovia may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies where necessary to keep you signed in, maintain essential website functionality, secure the service, process checkout, prevent fraud or abuse, and preserve necessary session information.

If Rovia introduces non-essential analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking technologies in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanisms will be updated accordingly.

Children's privacy

Rovia's services are intended for customers who are legally able to enter into the relevant transaction under applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where doing so would violate applicable law.
