LEGAL INFORMATION
Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when a Rovia eSIM purchase may be eligible for a refund and how refund requests are reviewed.
Before purchasing
Before purchasing an eSIM, please make sure that your device supports eSIM technology and is carrier-unlocked.
You are responsible for checking the exact device model and regional variant, as eSIM support may differ between devices with similar names.
You should also review the destination, coverage, data allowance, validity period, activation conditions, and other plan details before completing your purchase.
When a refund may be available
A refund may be available where Rovia confirms that a paid eSIM order cannot be successfully provided or where a confirmed technical problem attributable to the service prevents the purchased eSIM from being used and the problem cannot reasonably be resolved.
A refund may also be considered where an eSIM has not been activated or used and Rovia determines that the order remains eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refund eligibility is assessed using the circumstances of the individual order, including payment, provisioning, delivery, activation, and usage information.
Any refund or consumer right required by applicable law remains available regardless of the additional conditions described in this policy.
Provisioning problems
After successful payment, an order may temporarily remain in a payment received or provisioning state while the eSIM is being prepared.
A temporary provisioning delay does not automatically mean that the purchase has failed.
If your order remains in a provisioning state for an unexpectedly long period, do not create repeated purchases for the same eSIM. Contact Rovia Support so that the existing order can be investigated.
If Rovia confirms that a paid order cannot be delivered, Rovia will determine the appropriate refund or other remedy in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Activated or used eSIMs
Because an eSIM is a digital product that can be provisioned and consumed shortly after purchase, refund eligibility may be limited once the eSIM has been activated or mobile data has been used.
Rovia may review technical service information, including activation status and data usage, when determining whether a refund request is eligible.
An eSIM that has been activated, substantially used, fully consumed, or expired will generally not be eligible for a refund unless there is a confirmed service problem or applicable law requires otherwise.
Device incompatibility and carrier locks
Customers are responsible for checking device compatibility and carrier-unlock status before purchasing.
A refund may not be available where the eSIM was successfully provided but cannot be installed or used because the customer's device does not support eSIM, is carrier-locked, uses an unsupported regional variant, or does not meet the technical requirements of the selected service.
If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, review the Compatible devices page before purchasing or contact Support.
Installation and customer actions
Please follow the installation and activation instructions provided by Rovia and your device manufacturer.
Do not delete an installed eSIM while troubleshooting unless Rovia Support specifically asks you to do so. Some eSIM profiles cannot be installed again after deletion.
Problems caused by deleting an eSIM, entering incorrect activation information, changing required device settings, or otherwise using the eSIM contrary to the provided instructions may affect refund eligibility.
Coverage and network conditions
Mobile connectivity depends on telecommunications networks and local network conditions.
Temporary outages, weak signal, network congestion, local coverage limitations, unavailable network technologies, and other circumstances outside Rovia's reasonable control do not automatically make an order eligible for a refund.
If the purchased service is not functioning as expected, contact Rovia Support before assuming that the eSIM is unusable. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps.
Technical issues
If you experience an installation, activation, connectivity, or provisioning problem, contact Rovia Support as soon as reasonably possible.
Rovia may ask you to complete troubleshooting steps so that we can determine whether the problem is related to the eSIM service, your device, device configuration, or the available mobile network.
Please keep the eSIM installed while the issue is being investigated unless Support specifically instructs you otherwise.
How to request a refund
Refund requests should be submitted to support@roviaesim.com.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the order and investigate the issue.
- Your Rovia order number
- The email address associated with your account
- The destination or eSIM plan involved
- Your device manufacturer and exact model
- A clear description of the problem
- The troubleshooting steps you have already tried
- Relevant screenshots with private activation credentials hidden
How refund requests are reviewed
Rovia reviews refund requests individually.
When investigating a request, we may review information associated with the order, including payment status, provisioning status, whether an eSIM was successfully delivered, activation status, service status, and available data-usage information.
We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to determine what happened and whether the request is eligible.
Refund method
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued through the payment channel used for the original transaction where supported by the payment provider.
Payments on Rovia are processed through Whop and its payment infrastructure.
After Rovia issues an approved refund, the time required for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, payment method, and country. These external processing times are outside Rovia's control.
Failed or unauthorized payments
A failed payment that was not successfully charged does not require a refund.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or do not recognize a transaction, contact Rovia Support with the relevant order and payment information so that the transaction can be investigated.
Change of mind
Because eSIMs are digital products that may be provisioned immediately after payment, a change of mind does not automatically guarantee a refund after the eSIM has been issued.
Requests made before activation or usage may be reviewed individually to determine whether a refund remains possible.
Mandatory cancellation or consumer rights provided by applicable law are not affected by this section.
Abuse and fraudulent requests
Rovia may refuse a refund request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation of the service, false information, unauthorized account activity caused by the customer, or an attempt to obtain both the delivered eSIM service and a refund for the same purchase.
Nothing in this section prevents a customer from raising a legitimate payment dispute or exercising rights available under applicable law.
Your legal rights
This Refund Policy does not exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where mandatory law provides greater refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights than this policy, those mandatory rights will apply.
Changes to this Refund Policy
Rovia may update this Refund Policy when our services, payment arrangements, technical processes, or legal requirements change.
The version applicable to a purchase will be considered together with the terms and product information presented for that purchase and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
