How to install and use a travel eSIM

Follow the steps for your phone, then use your travel eSIM for mobile data when you're ready to connect.

Choose your plan

Select your destination and compare coverage, data, validity, and the total price.

Pay for your plan

Review your order, complete payment at checkout, and wait for payment confirmation.

Receive your eSIM

After payment is confirmed, your eSIM is prepared. Find its QR code and installation details in your order.

Install and activate

Install over Wi-Fi, then select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable Data Roaming. Follow your plan's activation timing.

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Choose your phone

Menu names can vary by device and software version. Check your plan's activation instructions before installing; validity may start at installation or first connection.

APPLE

Install on iPhone

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings → Cellular or Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
  3. Tap Use QR Code and scan your eSIM QR code.
  4. Follow the prompts and label the new line “Travel eSIM”.
  5. Under Cellular Data or Mobile Data, select the travel eSIM.
  6. Open the travel eSIM's settings and enable Data Roaming.

SAMSUNG GALAXY

Install on Samsung Galaxy

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings → Connections → SIM manager.
  3. Tap Add eSIM → Scan QR code.
  4. Scan your eSIM QR code and follow the prompts to add the plan.
  5. In SIM manager, choose the travel eSIM for mobile data.
  6. Open Mobile networks and enable Data Roaming.

GOOGLE PIXEL

Install on Google Pixel

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
  3. Tap Add SIM → Set up an eSIM.
  4. Scan your eSIM QR code and finish setup.
  5. Under SIMs, choose the travel eSIM for mobile data.
  6. Open its settings and enable Roaming.

MANUAL SETUP

Install with SM-DP+ details

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi and open your phone's Add eSIM screen.
  2. Choose the option to enter details manually.
  3. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code exactly as supplied.
  4. Enter a confirmation code if one was supplied, then follow the prompts to add the eSIM.
  5. Choose the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable Data Roaming.

Install only with details issued for your plan. If a code fails, contact support before trying again.
