From choosing a plan to getting connected

This guide prepares you for travel eSIM installation. Purchasing and QR-code delivery are coming soon.

How it works

Choose a destination

Search for the country or region where you need data.

Choose a plan

Compare data, validity, coverage, and the displayed selling price.

Receive installation details

When purchasing becomes available, your provider will supply an eSIM QR code or manual details.

Install the eSIM

Connect to reliable Wi-Fi and add the eSIM before your trip when the plan instructions allow it.

Activate when required

Follow the plan's activation policy. Some plans begin on installation; others begin on first network connection.

Use travel data

Select the travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming when your plan instructions require it.

APPLE

Install on iPhone

  1. Connect the iPhone to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings → Cellular or Mobile Data → Add eSIM.
  3. Choose Use QR Code and scan the code supplied for your plan.
  4. Follow the prompts, then label the new line “Travel eSIM”.
  5. Select it for mobile data when activation is required.
  6. Enable Data Roaming for that line only when the plan instructions say to.

SAMSUNG GALAXY

Install on Samsung

  1. Connect the phone to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings → Connections → SIM manager.
  3. Tap Add eSIM → Scan QR code.
  4. Scan the supplied code and follow the download prompts.
  5. Select the eSIM for mobile data when your plan should activate.
  6. Turn on data roaming for the travel eSIM when instructed.

GOOGLE PIXEL

Install on Google Pixel

  1. Connect the Pixel to Wi-Fi.
  2. Open Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
  3. Tap Add SIM → Set up an eSIM.
  4. Scan the supplied QR code and complete the prompts.
  5. Choose the travel eSIM for mobile data when needed.
  6. Enable roaming for that eSIM if the plan instructions require it.

MANUAL SETUP

Install with SM-DP+ details

  1. Open your device’s Add eSIM screen.
  2. Choose Enter details manually or Enter activation code.
  3. Enter the supplied SM-DP+ address exactly as provided.
  4. Enter the activation code and confirmation code, if supplied.
  5. Download the profile and follow the plan-specific activation instructions.

Keep installation details private. Menu names vary by device and software version.
